Gilded Goat Brewing Company

The Gilded Goat Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery and taproom in Fort Collins, Colorado, where the mission is to create craft beer using a blend of art and science, with Colorado mountain water and fresh ingredients.

Two locations serve the community: Midtown and Old Town, each with its own character. The Midtown location serves as a brewhouse, taproom, and event space, while the Old Town location features a taproom, event space, and gallery, showcasing a rotating selection of beers that change with the season and availability.

Local ingredients, including Colorado malts, yeast, and water, are used to create the beers. A quality control lab ensures the consistency and quality of the beers, which are crafted using a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Beers are inspired by classic styles, but with a twist, as brewers experiment with different ingredients and techniques to create balanced beers. John and Saskia Taylor have curated a gallery featuring a collection of art, vintage advertisements, antiques, maps, books, and collectibles.

Private event spaces, a mug club, and a digital gift card option are available. Beers can be enjoyed in the taproom or taken to go in cans, crowlers, or growlers, and the focus is on community and local ingredients, with the goal of creating an enjoyable experience for those who visit the brewery.
